Horseradish Cream Sauce

Horseradish

This horseradish cream sauce blends the tang of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard with the bold heat of horseradish. The optional hot sauce adds an extra kick, while whipped heavy cream gives the sauce a light, airy texture. It’s an easy-to-make condiment that pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or even sandwiches, offering a balance of creamy richness and sharp flavor.
