Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish or finely and freshly grated horseradish root
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Recipe Steps
Step 1: Place the mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, and hot sauce (if using) in a large mixing bowl and whisk to mix.
Step 2: Beat the heavy cream to soft peaks in a chilled metal bowl using a stand or handheld mixer. Fold the cream into the mayonnaise mixture, adding salt and pepper to taste.
