Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 cup frozen passion fruit purée
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 ounce 100-proof vodka
1: In a saucepan, combine one cup of frozen passion fruit purée with one cup of white sugar and cook, stirring, over low heat just until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool, then add an ounce of 100-proof vodka. Keep refrigerated. Will last about three months.
