Peanut SauceSteven Raichlen
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup canned Thai red curry paste
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Step 1: Combine the peanut butter, coconut milk, curry paste, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking to mix. Reduce the heat and gently simmer the sauce until thick and richly flavored, 3 to 5 minutes.
