Pickling Spice
Ingredients
- 6 allspice berries
- 6 whole cloves
- 2 dried bay leaves, crumbled
- One 3-inch cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon coriander seed
- 2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe Steps
1: Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to mix. Store the spice in a sealed jar away from heat and light. It will keep for up to 6 months.
