Wagyu Chili Dog


  • American Wagyu Beef Frankfurters
  • Brioche hot dog buns
  • 1 Wagyu Burger Patty (leftover or freshly cooked)
  • 1 cup black beans (canned or cooked)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)
  • Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe Steps

1: In a large skillet, crumble the Wagyu Burger Patty and cook it over medium heat until browned.

2: Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, and crushed chili flakes to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chili thickens.

3: While the chili is simmering, grill or pan-fry the Wagyu Beef Frankfurters until cooked through.

4: Place each grilled frankfurter in a brioche hot dog bun.

5: Once the chili is ready, scoop it on top of each hot dog.

6: Sprinkle grated sharp cheddar cheese over the chili.

7: Add a dollop of sour cream on top and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

8: Serve immediately and enjoy this double Wagyu delight!
