Garlic Lime Beer Butter
- Yield: 3/4 cups
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Pilsner style beer
- Juice of 1 fresh lime (or to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1: Melt the butter in a saucepan (put it right on the grill). Add the garlic and cook until fragrant but not brown.
Step 2: Stir in the beer and boil for 2 minutes. Add lime juice and pepper to taste.
