Grilled Pita Bread
- Method: Direct grilling
- 4 pita breads
- 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Step 1: Set up the grill for direct grilling and preheat to high. Lightly brush the pita breads on both sides with oil and cut into wedges.
Step 2: When ready to cook, place the pita wedges on the hot grate and grill until lightly browned on both sides, 1 to 3 minutes per side.
Step 3: Transfer to a bread basket and serve at once.
